Job Title: Sales Manager
Function: Sales/Sales Development/Sales Manager
Location: We work from our Hyderabad office, 5 days a week. Frequent travel to meet prospects and customers. We welcome you to apply (only) if this works for you.
Responsibilities:
As the introductory face of Plevenn, we'll rely on you to provide the energy and personality to build our brand and gain the trust of prospective customers. You'll be responsible for:

Developing and executing the company's inbound sales pipeline strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Directly oversee a small team of sales representatives. Monitoring the performance, mentoring and orienting the sales reps.

Collaborating with other departments marketing, product development, finance to ensure alignment with the company's broader strategic objectives.

Managing key customer relationships and participating in high-level negotiations.

Negotiate and manage entire sales cycle, managerial to C-level executives in corporate customers.

Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.

Represent the organization at sales and marketing events and outreach activities.

Meet, exceed sales targets and OKR’s.
Requirements:

Overall 6+ years of experience in IT Sales or SaaS Product sales, experience in selling at managerial level is necessary.

Qualification - a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Technical proficiency - familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, Social Networking tools, and other relevant tools. Fair knowledge on Cloud, SAAS and Software products.
